In this fun, light-hearted workshop, we'll explore creative yoga poses for two. Connecting "on the mat" can help cultivate a new awareness which can help bring magic to ordinary moments together. Some experience with yoga is helpful but not required (non-yogi partners are welcome). Wear comfortable, loose clothing.
“What a lovely day of slowing down and connecting in new and surprising ways. The poses and the whole workshop were full of warmth, support, sensitivity, and humor.” – E.F.

Yoga for Musicians offers an experience of the beneficial aspects of yoga directly related to your music-making and gives you tools to incorporate into your practice and performance. No yoga experience required.
Past topics include: Set Your Shoulders Free (Alignment principles for pain-free flute playing), Breathe Easy (Simple yoga poses to release tension and increase breath capacity), Eye Of The Tiger (Harness the power of yoga for optimal focus and performance), and Take A Break (Yoga R&R for body and mind).
“Thank you, thank you, thank you for such a relevant workshop! As a singer, I found the posture exercises to be spot-on. The breathing (and nerve calming) exercises were exactly what I needed. And the poses for rehearsal breaks and those times when we performers have to stay in our chairs were especially tailored to the needs of musicians.” – A.B.
